Do I need a coach? When you are ready for change, but are stuck, and unsure how to make it happen, a personal life coach is an invaluable resource. Coaching is for anyone who wants something more out of their life, and is willing to take the leap. If you know that your life can be better, and are looking for ways to express yourself, feel more connected, and be happier and more vividly alive, coaching may be the answer.
Do you hear yourself in any of these voices?
—“I’ve been pretty successful, and always thought that the things I had should make me happy. Why do I still feel so stressed, and so empty?"
—“I used to love art and thought about going to art school, but I decided that I could make a better living doing something else. Then the kids came along, and I haven’t picked up my art for years. Is it too late for me to start now?"
—“So much has changed lately that I’m not sure where I stand any more. I can’t do what I’ve always done, but I don’t know what I want to do."
—“Life is OK, but I feel like I’m going through the motions. I’m not really satisfied, but I don’t know how to change things.”
—“I lead a good life, but I want it to have more meaning.
I want to express myself more, act on my values, ask deep questions, and not be afraid of what others might think.”
—“There’s always been this little part of me that has secretly wanted to be a musician. I’ve never told anyone, and they’d probably be shocked – or laugh – if I did. But maybe now’s the time to change my life — and do what I love.”
—“I’ve loved taking care of my family, and I thought I never really needed more than that. But lately I’ve been feeling like I want to do things that are just for me.”
—"I’ve always loved art as a hobby, but never thought I could make a living at it. Can the work I love actually provide me a good living?” |

Is Lynn the best coach for me? Lynn wants to help you find your creative spirit, wake it up, and make it a guiding force for your life. She is patient, accepting, challenging, encouraging and open to the abundance in the universe, and within each of us. Lynn's first priority is to help you find peace, fulfillment, and joyful expression. She believes deeply that life's rewards come to you in abundance if you bring your most vibrant, truthful energy into whatever you do.
If you are looking for a coach only to help you meet a specific goal, like losing weight or making more money, Lynn may not be the right coach for you. She believes that external goals can't bring life satisfaction unless they grow from deep, radical self acceptance. Take care of the inside, and often those external goals will take care of themselves. If you feel ready for
the challenge of becoming your true self, Lynn would love to work with you.
What is coaching? The coaching alliance enables you to define your objectives, explore your talents and values, and find what you feel passionately about. Lynn takes the time to learn about you, and to work with you to define your aspirations, objectives, and frustrations. She coaches you through the process of bringing your values, priorities, and passions into your life and work. She holds fast to your vision of your best self, and keeps your goals in sight. Together, you create a powerful team, dedicated to attaining the goals that you've chosen, and to enhancing the quality of your life. You set the agenda, and Lynn uses her insight, skill and expertise to keep you moving at your own best pace toward the future you seek.
When you hire her as your coach, Lynn is powerfully and passionately committed to your dreams. She provides structure, strategies, feedback, encouragement, motivation and resilience, and enthusiastically welcomes your ideas, your risks, your quirks, and your inspiration.
Coaching gives you the practical tools to discover and unbind your own wonderful, creative self. When you are ready to make a change, coaching calls on you to honor your own creative instincts, and give voice to your ideas and intuition. Coaching illuminates and supports you past the roadblocks that have held you back, and challenges you to trust yourself and your talents. With coaching, more things seem possible. Coaching can keep you focused and motivated, so that you can turn your dreams and awareness into powerful, meaningful action.

Do I have to meet with Lynn in her office? No. Most of the coaching that Lynn provides is distance coaching, also known as tele-coaching or virtual coaching. Coaching sessions are conducted over the telephone, so Lynn can coach you anywhere in the world. Lynn can answer your questions, schedule your sessions, and contract with you for coaching over the telephone, or via e-mail. Coaching sessions can take place from anywhere, whether you are at home, traveling on business, or taking a vacation. All you need is a telephone.
Group coaching and coaching seminars are also conducted over the telephone, using bridge lines. These lines allow for conference calls to be conducted easily. All you need to do is call the number that Lynn provides, and enter a 4- or 5-digit pin number. You will automatically be connected to the call, and will be able to talk to the group, and hear what everyone else has to say.
The first half-hour coaching session is free of charge. After that, coaching fees are based on an hourly rate. You choose the number of coaching hours you wish to purchase, and you establish, along with Lynn, the schedule that works best for you.
Throughout the coaching process, you and Lynn will constantly monitor your progress, and choose the focus and strategies that best serve your objectives.
Is coaching the same as psychotherapy? No. Coaching is a business relationship, which provides you structure and tools to meet your own life and career goals. Psychotherapy is a medical treatment, intended to provide alleviation of symptoms of emotional distress. Personal coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy, and if you feel that you may be in need of treatment for symptoms of anxiety or depression, Lynn will refer you to an appropriate,

qualified professional. It is not appropriate for your coach to be your therapist, and Lynn does not provide psychotherapy to her coaching clients, past or present.
How do I get started? Just send Lynn a quick e-mail, and let her know that you're interested. She'll get back to you promptly, to set up a convenient time to talk. That's all there is to it.
