Coaching Fees Below is a schedule of my fees. In general, the more coaching sessions you contract for, the lower the hourly fee. I do this to offer you a way to minimize coaching costs, and because I believe that coaching becomes more individualized and effective over time. Your commitment to the coaching process is a powerful predictor of positive coaching outcomes. I will be glad to structure the coaching sessions to meet your individual needs. I'm flexible about the timing and frequency of appointments, and if you wish to discuss a variation on any of these plans, I'd be happy to do so. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know right away. One month of coaching, consisting of four half-hour coaching sessions, is the smallest block of coaching time that can be purchased. For two hours of coaching time, the fee is $400. Packages of six hours or more hours of coaching time are billed at a 25% reduction from the monthly fee. Six hours of coaching time equals 12 half-hour sessions, or three months of weekly coaching. If you wish to purchase six hours of coaching time, the fee is $900, which averages to $300 per month. Packages of twelve hours or more hours of coaching time are billed at a 50% reduction from the monthly fee. Twelve hours of coaching time equals 24 half-hour sessions, or six months of weekly coaching. If you wish to purchase twelve hours of coaching time, the fee is $1200, which averages to $200 per month.
